Thank you so much for supporting my small business! 💖 Each piece is handmade/curated with care, and I want you to love your order. Please read below for details on returns and refunds:

✨ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✨ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Sale/clearance items

✨ Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me at shopchloeaspen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help arrange it (subject to product availability).

✨ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right at no extra cost.
